End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is between you User and “Global Resource Corporation LTD.” and governs your use of the “Club Iglobal” mobile application.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Subscription Terms

The App offers access to premium features via Subscription.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis monthly, as selected during purchase.

Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You may manage your Subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings.
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial for new users. If you do not cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan.
4. Restrictions
You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App;

Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App;

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code;

Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- The user is not allowed to use any kind of visual material that insults or offends others.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement. Upon termination, the license granted to you will end immediately.
6. Ownership
The App and all intellectual property rights are owned by “Global Resource Corporation” and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the App.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Resource Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
